BHASM is a retention intelligence platform operated by Aarnoaa (OPC) Private Limited, India. It connects to your existing customer data sources, scores customer relationships, generates outreach recommendations, and — on paid plans — executes actions autonomously within boundaries you define.
By creating an account and using BHASM, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during signup. You may not share account credentials or create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business to these terms.
You own your customer data. By connecting data sources to BHASM, you grant us permission to read, process, and analyse that data to deliver the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You are responsible for having the legal right to share your customers' data with BHASM and for ensuring your use of BHASM complies with applicable privacy laws including the DPDP Act 2023 (India) and GDPR where applicable.

You may use BHASM only for lawful purposes. You may not:
The Seed plan is free with no time limit. Growth and Scale plans are billed monthly. The Performance plan is billed at a base rate plus a percentage of attributed recovered revenue.
Trial periods (30 days for Growth and Scale) begin on the date of signup. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, the account returns to Seed unless a paid plan is activated.
Refunds are not issued for partial months. If you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the billing period.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Scale plan accounts include SLA-backed uptime commitments as detailed in their account agreement.
On Growth and Scale plans, BHASM may send messages to your customers automatically within the boundaries you have configured. You are responsible for the content and appropriateness of those messages and for ensuring your customers have provided the necessary consent to receive them.
BHASM applies internal governance rules to reduce the risk of inappropriate or poorly-timed messages. These rules are not a substitute for your own oversight.
BHASM, its scoring engine, industry silence profiles, buyer archetypes, and all product logic are the intellectual property of Aarnoaa (OPC) Private Limited. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to that IP.
You retain all rights to your customer data, your brand voice, and any content your business produces.
BHASM is provided as a tool to support your retention decisions. We are not liable for business outcomes, lost revenue, customer churn, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to BHASM in the three months prior to the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We will delete your data within 72 hours of account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of BHASM after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
